The Challenge: Outdated and Cramped Bathroom
When Winston and Lily first looked at their bathroom in Krugerville, Texas, they knew it was time for a change. Nestled just a short drive from Lake Ray Roberts and Downtown Denton, their home had endured the region’s hot, humid summers and occasional sudden storms. Their old tub was functional but cramped, leaving little room to move and offering none of the spa-like experience they dreamed of.
The Solution: Tub-to-Shower Conversion
Affordable 1 Day Bath, a trusted remodeling partner, recommended converting the old tub into a custom shower to maximize space and modernize the layout. The design aimed to enhance both aesthetics and usability, creating a bathroom that would be both inviting and practical for everyday life. This shower features less than a 1” shower pan and no threshold, allowing easy wheelchair access and ensuring the space is accessible for everyone.
The Outcome: A Functional and Stylish Sanctuary
For Winston and Lily, the remodel was about more than looks—it was about reclaiming space, improving functionality, and creating a bathroom that feels like a true retreat. Thanks to Affordable 1 Day Bath and Gizmo Glass, their bathroom is now a stylish, durable, and enjoyable space that stands up to Krugerville’s seasonal extremes while reflecting their personal taste and pride in their home.
The Magic Touch: Gizmo Glass Shower Installation
Gizmo Glass brought their expertise to the project by installing a crystal-clear, custom shower enclosure. The precise fit and sleek design of the glass perfectly complemented Affordable 1 Day Bath’s renovation work. The enclosure not only enhances the bathroom’s visual appeal but also ensures durability and easy maintenance, even in Krugerville’s humid summers.
